And the worst part? I read SI's preview of Seattle about an hour before the game started, and I did my answers DURING THE FUCKING GAME LAST NIGHT. I was thinking saying Bobby Wagner would've been pretty unfair, so I said "I'll just go with that douchebag they let walk. Brandon Browner, baby!"

I am shocked to find Boris Becker never even played in a French Open final. I am also surprised Alexei Yashin was not a #1 pick.

That football dome question sucked balls. I was hoping there were some other well-known schools I didn't think of to distract from 'Cuse. I never even knew most of those schools existed. Can we ban college football questions from now on? It has to be a violation of some NCAA rule. Thanks.

Nice game, BSF. Tied after 8, iirc, until you pulled away by 9.

Holy hell NHL questions are death to me.

Ryan kind to take my guess of "wheel".

Syracuse was only dome team I knew for sure, thought Tulane was out of the dome business.

When I changed my answer from Sherman to "Irvin", I was actually thinking about Nate Irving, the former NC State star. I heard Irvin's name on the radio (they were talking about Bruce Irvin) and thought, "oh yeah, Nate Irvin played in that Super Bowl." I switched my answer and later thought to myself "or wasn't his name Irving? No matter." Then, watching the game last night, I saw Bruce Irvin for Seattle and thought to myself that's who I must have been thinking of, my answer is fine.

If I had typed that one extra "g", I would have gone from 15 to 1 and won.

Oh well. If I'm getting those dudes confused, I didn't deserve to win.

Good game brian - brain tumor and all.

And great job, Ryan. These are awesome.

Nice one to you too Syb. I was worried there but then my annual trip to Fargo Fucking North Dakota paid off.

A reminder to everyone, Sandy Koufax will not be eligible as a Cy Young contender this year.

Also, Bill Murray was a one pointer and "oh" was worth a billion. I'll still never understand this game.

I was going back and forth between Idaho State and South Dakota guessing they would be the two most obscure. Though I'd didn't realize Tulane had a new stadium, I figured most people knew that UTSA, Georgia State and Idaho at least played indoors. And North Dakota State has gotten a lot of pub lately and had Gameday in Fargo last year.

Did not expect to be doing so well until the last two questions. Whiffing on the tennis question shows how much knowledge-by-osmosis I've lost in the years since I stopped watching SportsCenter, etc...I used to pick up enough on sports I didn't actively follow while waiting for the segments I wanted to hear.

Would not have gotten the NHL draft question if I had not remembered the drama with Lindros being drafted by the Nordiques way back when.

Good game Rush and thanks for putting this together Ryan (and for throwing me a bone on the Tulane answer).

I loved Becker. That dude just threw his body around the court. It was awesome.

I always thought of Borg as a serve-and-volley guy too, but in hindsight, I guess he only played that way at Wimbledon. He hit those giant topspin forehands and two-handed backhands (that I totally copied) at the French.
