Who is Miss Ephesians? I think it's gotta be an honest mistake. Why would Harvey intentionally do this? Do they normally send the host up there without telling him who won? Probably makes for better TV if they are surprised opening the envelope. They should probably make sure the host is intelligent enough to figure out that "First Runner Up" isn't the winner.
