Very simple solution. Remove the names to whom the aphorisms are attributed. It's a heap of faux-inspirational slag that you see idiot celebs on Twitter passing off as wisdom in the first place and is where the Browns probably found those "quotes" (quotes in quotes); which see, and what chat follows.

Hold your head up high, 3rd is a strong showing. No real surprises on that list, but I wouldn't have guessed chef. It kind of its the stereotypical personality, though.
