Crystal is my number #1 by far and I use it on anything up to and including pizza. But if we do fish tacos (quick meal with air-fried beer-battered Gortons fish sticks, sautéed onions and all the fixins) I need that taco sauce on there.
Just when you were in the clear for the taco sauce you slip up and admit you eat frozen fish sticks.
It’s the confessions thread. No judgement, right?
Until now there was no judgment, but Jesus, you’re a monster!
If you’ve eaten gefilte fish, you are the pot sir, THE POT!!!
The first seder dinner I went to I tried the jarred gefilite fish, and it was NAAAAASTY!
The second seder dinner I went to, someone had brought home-made gefilite fish. And it was even worse!
I take the jarred stuff and doctor it up with eggs, butter, and some other spices and stuff and then bake it like a casserole. I like it better, but that's because it is a sense memory at this point. Passover is always the holiday that gives me that feeling like Aton Ego got tasting the Ratatouille in the movie by that name. Biting into the gefilte fish or sipping her matzo ball soup is home to me. I'm learning to embrace that feeling as she gets older. She still makes a mean soup.

I'm not sure I've heard of taco sauce but I'm also pretty sure its what I've been looking for as something spicy w/ tomato for stuff like eggs where I don't always want straight hot sauce. Going to have to "check it out". This is the current workhorse in the family (Crystal aside) ...
Picked up a bottle of this yesterday. First ingredient is cold-brewed coffee, and lots of unusual ingredients like vanilla, orange extract, hibiscus... Really interesting flavor, but almost no heat at all. More like a smoky Worcestershire sauce than a hot sauce.

Maybe I should start a “Food Crimes” thread but this works.
I actually enjoy a lot of leftovers cold. (Never pizza if I can help it). I’m fine with cold pasta, wings, etc… Tonight I had some leftover Deep Indian Kitchen vegetable samosas. Really tasty on its own, but I dipped one in some blue cheese dressing (cause I had a leftover cup from some wings.)

holy wow. It hit the damned spot.
I'm a cold left over guy as well.
And cold pizza after 2-3 minutes in an air fryer is the bomb.
My buddy is the real "Food Crimes" guy though. He'll randomly put cinnamon on stuff for no reason. Or put almonds straight from the bag onto cooked food. It's so odd.

Need more details here.
I'm spacing on the exact foods at the moment (it's late and I'm tired), but I'll ask tomorrow.
I know when he and his gf came over for dinner a while back she was giving him shit because she had made something that took several hours to put together and he just decided to throw almonds in it for no reason. Same for the cinnamon.

Have you gone to their restaurant/storefront yet? They serve beer, but I think it's BYOBC.

I’ll eat most leftovers cold over microwave if I don’t have time to heat in an oven. Only way to reheat pizza is a little olive oil in a cast iron pan with a cover on top. Crust gets crispy, cheese melts from the trapped heat. Just need to keep the heat low enough so the oil doesn’t burn.

That's my main issue as well. I find I eat less when I know it's something we've made enough for leftovers that we'll eat for lunch the next day, so I guess that's good!

I think I'm a bit of weirdo, because I'll eat the same thing multiple days in a row if I really like it. To that point, I'll have had dinner-lunch-lunch off of a sausage and fennel pasta dish we made on Wednesday.

It drives my wife nuts because I almost never am willing to eat leftovers the next day. I need one or two days, and then I'm totally fine with leftovers.
And his one problem is he didn’t go to Russia that night because he had extracurricular activities, and they froze to death.
We generally always cook enough to have leftovers. But like some of you, my wife hates eating them the very next day. So the leftovers usually stay in the fridge a couple days before we eat them (although I have no issue with attacking them the next day - that was usually lunch in my working man days). But we always eat the leftovers. Also, I endorse Sybian‘s method for cooking leftover pizza in the skillet.

My wife hates leftovers. I could have the same meal for a few days straight and not be bothered to get anything else.
When I was living alone/being single, I would always make something "big"...and then eat it multiple meals (except for breakfast) in a row until it was gone.
Now we always make enough for dinner so that both of us have something for lunch the next day.
