Oooh, the 4K version of the Tottenham Man U game is the Premier League (not NBC) feed.

I'm in a Premier League survivor pool to raise money for an Irish Hurling team, 325 started and 33 of us remained going into this weekend. Everyone who picked a team yesterday lost leaving 7 going into today's matches. Leeds have 5 picks and West Ham 2, it's entirely possible everyone will loose today too. Crazy.

do you get knocked out with a tie? how often can you pick the same team?

Team has to win and you can only pick a team once

Yep, one life only.

I picked Leeds Friday, woke up yesterday morning full of doubt and switched it to Watford, kicking myself now

When in doubt, should always pick the team playing Norwich.

That strategy will work for only 50% of the season.

I thought norwich looked ok. They want to play. I bet they do better in the second half. Bad start or not they played hard and got forward. Stay the course is all.

West ham looked pretty solid too.

Nuno Out!

It was easy to see why he was Spurs' 7th choice.

Norwich did NOT look like that against Chelsea last week. That was the worst effort I've seen in my ~5 years of Premier League watching. It was like a scrimmage.

The Winter EPL Ball is a bit edgier. Wonder if they went comic sans for the font on it.

18 month contract.

I guess it's good that Spurs ultimately ended up with their first choice.

If Mourinho didn't con the owners of Roma to hire him, no way Levy lays out this kind of coin.

At some point shouldn’t teams / doctors / the premier league be responsible for letting players like Shaw stay on after brutal head shots?

Just watch 60 minutes of good soccer only to see city given a goal. Penalties are the worst. Just makes 95% of the game irrelevant.

Yeah it was but totally accidental and barely avoidable. Right call cause the arm was up but that's natural when your sliding. Point is penalties way too punitive. Carry on. Ended up great.

Sounds like you slide bad.

(PL matches being on early is mostly wonderful but atleast when the Rangers/Yankees have a brutal loss I’m usually alone at night to sulk and/or (hypothetically) smack a wall.)

That's who was a City fan until the massive influx of cash. But as a Yankees fan, I guess D he's used to his teams simply outspending others for trophies.

No... there were at least 15 City fans in North America before the Sheikhs stepped in.
