It's pretty hilarious.
It's like a lot of shit that Trump says and there's a tweet that directly refutes his point... from his own Twitter account.

I'm not wasting platitudes when I say SDSU messed with UConn's rhythm all damn game. UConn usually runs their sets like freakin gazelles. It wasn't possible tonight. Of course, UConn shot like 900% from the FT line in the 2nd half (double bonus with like 12 minutes left), so that was that. But yeah, SDSU was tough.
They need playmakers though. That's all I got.

UConn’s men and women are a combined 33-11 in the Final Four, with the men a perfect 10-0. That’s just remarkable. Nothing really else to say.

Re: 2023 March Madness Thread
This is why I said that. UConn just was not going to lose to SDSU.

Don't let my silence, after my excitement about Clark in the semi, have you think that I'm on the wrong side of this ridiculous discussion after the final. I didn't get a chance to watch it, but I'm all for every bit of the shit talking that went on.
The casual racism behind it is disgusting, and Jill Biden's comments are a great example of underlying bias.

that wasn't the wild (and wildly incorrect based on analytics) opinion in that message -- there's a reason they were 7.5-point favorites.EnochRoot wrote: ↑Tue Apr 04, 2023 1:07 amThis is why I said that. UConn just was not going to lose to SDSU.

1) I watched both of Clark's games and both were riveting. I watched ZERO minutes of the men's FF games.govmentchedda wrote: ↑Tue Apr 04, 2023 6:17 am Don't let my silence, after my excitement about Clark in the semi, have you think that I'm on the wrong side of this ridiculous discussion after the final. The response from Clark is predictable. As is Iowa's coach's response to Jill. Everybody that should give a shit has spoken with a resounding STFU to those offended on their behalf.
