Damn you all who said Valpo! They were our arch-rivals and I went to most games the year Drew hit the 3 pointers. His father Homer was the coach. The student section was right behind the bench and we taunted him the entire game. After the game he walked over to the student section and thanked us for being great fans. Only answer I had. Now on the others, I could name 3 or 4 and still manage to pick the most popular each time. Although I couldn't think of the name of 7 Days in Hell. Wracked my brain for days, couldn't think of the name.

I think that Bryce Drew shot is by far the most famous shot on that list, so I figured a lot of people would have that one. I just have to thank Ryan for including a kid who transferred from UVA. I would have been shocked if anyone else got Northern Iowa.

I hate this game! 6 out of 7 high scores, and the other answer was 1 off the high score. Altuve I get, because that is the only name I know, I just hoped there was more of you that could name a second, lesser known player. But Oceania cities? I had all the answered ones on my list and choose the high score. I need to stop over thinking and go with the first thing that pops into my head.

I somewhat followed 'Cuse basketball in that era, but I'm not remembering Dehere at all. I see he was Big East Player of the Year in 1993, but I probably stopped watching college basketball in 91. Were you thinking I'd know him because I live 20 minutes away from his school 30 years after his moment of glory?

For the ref, the only one I knew I knew was Lane, but it took me three days of digging through the cobwebs to bring it up. I kept picturing him in claymation screaming "let's get it on!"
I didn’t “know” but I felt pretty confident. Turkish words tend to have similar structure. Ironically, I was almost as confident in “bazina” being Czech but felt Turkish was safer since bazina could have been Slovak
