The Swamp

Frank Robinson hit a homrun out of Memorial Stadium. Growing up I went to lots of games at Memorial Stadium. I remember the flags of all the teams were always placed in order of standings. The Orange and Black "here" flag disrupted the pattern and I just assumed for a long time that it was used instead of Baltimore. Then I learned the meaning. The stadium is gone (now a YMCA and Senior living area), but when I drive by (my Aunt lives pretty close) I always just see that stadium in my mind.

Nice to see Baltimore honor that yesterday.
