New Frightened Rabbit too. Filmed in Kiev. Reminding me would be nice to visit there before it's part of Russia again.

Reminds me... back in the olden days, after seeing the size of the band members on TV, we called them Bachman Turner Overweight.

It's everything I hoped Craig Finn's solo albums would be.

White Denim's new one is badass.

New Lumineers out today. They were on with John In The Morning (who they really owe their career to) today talking about each song and breaking down the process about writing the songs.

New Frightened Rabbit out today as well. Wish they were playing here in Seattle on this part of their tour...they are playing at Sasquatch, but I'm way too old for going to a 3 day festival.

I dig the new album. "Keep It Between The Lines" sounds like a Tedesci Trucks Band tune.

The Wild Feathers
Pete Yorn
Iggy Pop
White Denim
Parker Millsap
Bob Mould
Weezer
Explosions In The Sky
Yeasayer
Ben Harper
The Lumineers

Now, can you really say you "enjoyed" the new Hayes Carll? Cause if so, I have to ask....are you OK?

I love him, and the album is really strong. But it's not the easiest to listen to.

That's weird given that he died after his first two albums and definitely didn't release any others that were upsetting enough to detract from the first two.

Agreed. I tweeted at him that it was to divorce like Southeastern was for sobriety.

Listening to the new Sturgill Simpson, and its a really different sound for him. Still has the country twang...but its also got some Memphis-type soul going on as well...lots of horns and funk-almost...

King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard are a lot of fun.

Their new album is loud and will be on heavy rotation...
